KHK Bearing rings and balls are made of high quality GSr15 vacuum-degassed high carbon chrome bearing steel to ensure withstanding of heavy loads. Most of the cages are made of cold rolled steel sheet, however, we also make glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 plastic, phenolic and machine pressed brass cages for customers with special requests. The housings are mode of gray or ductile cast iron, pressed steel, stainless steel or engineering plastic based on the use case.
